Biography:

Peter J. Tomasek is an appellate and brief-writing lawyer with O’Malley Tunstall, PC. The personal-injury lawyers at O’Malley Tunstall, in addition to several other law firms from Asheville to Greenville, bring in Peter to help respond to motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, appeals, and various other high-stakes filings in complex cases ranging from seven-figure insurance-coverage disputes to medical-malpractice and wrongful-death cases.
