Matthew Sullivan

Biography

Matt is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and American Bar Association, the Eighth Judicial District Bar Association, and the Lenoir County Bar Association, where he served as president from 1997–1998. Matt is also a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, where he has served on the Board of Governors, as well as the Eastern North Carolina Inn of Court. Matt’s practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, tractor-trailer accidents, industrial accidents, wrongful death, product liability and product failures, and workers’ compensation.

At O’Malley Tunstall, Matt is committed to building strong relationships with his clients through honesty, sincerity, and clear communication. He believes clients should understand both the strengths and challenges of their cases so they can make informed decisions and have realistic expectations throughout the legal process.
