Both Joseph “Joe” Tunstall and Susan O’Malley have been active members of American Association for Justice (AAJ), the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ), American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and other state and national organizations, where we have the opportunity to meet attorneys from all over the country.

Susan has a national reputation as one of the best Social Security Disability attorneys in the country, and she is a former president of AAJ’s disability section. In addition, she has tried numerous cases to verdict, including multimillion-dollar medical malpractice cases. Joe has tried over a hundred cases to verdict. He was the 2017 Reptile Lawyer of the Year and held numerous section and governance positions at NCAJ.
