Joe Tunstall and Susan O’Malley selected 2019 NC Super Lawyers
Joe Tunstall and Susan O’Malley have both been selected to the 2019 North Carolina Super Lawyers list. For Joe it is his ninth selection for Personal Injury. Susan O’Malley was selected for Social Security Disability. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
Joe Tunstall practices from Raleigh throughout Eastern North Carolina in the area of personal injury. He heads our personal injury department. Joe has appeared in courtrooms throughout Eastern NC, the NC Court of Appeals and NC Supreme Court. He represents our injured clients in Federal Court and before the North Carolina Industrial Commission. Joe regularly tries automobile collision, slip and fall and other negligence cases to juries throughout NC and speaks to statewide lawyer and national lawyer groups about using the most updated technology in the courtroom.
Susan O’Malley practices from Raleigh throughout Eastern North Carolina in the area of Social Security disability. Susan is a Board Certified Social Security Disability Specialist. Susan is past president of the American Association for Justice Social Security Disability Section and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice Social Security section. Susan regularly receives referrals from attorneys through the nation to handle their social security disability cases in North Carolina.
